All content, information, and NFTs on the Platform are provided by independent ENS name owners. The Platform itself does not create, endorse, or guarantee the authenticity, quality, legality, or ownership of any NFTs.

Namespace serves as a venue for ENS-related interactions between users.
The Platform:
- Does not control, monitor, or verify user content or transactions.
- Is not responsible for the actions of users.
- Bears no liability for disputes, losses, damages, or harm arising from user interactions or transactions conducted on the Platform.
All communications and dealings are strictly between the users involved.
3. Risks and Volatility
The NFT market is highly volatile and speculative. Users should be aware that:
- Prices and values of ENS names and subnames can fluctuate dramatically.
- All investments and transactions carry significant financial risk.
- Users must conduct their own research and due diligence before transacting or minting subnames.
